We can update terms, but we'll notify you by email and through a banner in your account at least 30 days before changes take effect. If you disagree, you can close your account before the changes apply.

Deposits are final once processed through DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank transfer. We cannot reverse a deposit already credited to your wallet. Contact support immediately if your payment was duplicated or sent by error.
